My order was ready when promised. Everything was fresh and they had excellent customer service. I would recommend to others.

Ordered a valentines fruit arrangement for my wife. I picked it up drove home and when I opened it all the fruit was covered in mold!! It smelled horrible. Called the store to tell them and they offered me a discount on my next purchase. I just told them I would like a refund. They told me they can only refund a certain percent of the order because I already picked it up?! After arguing for 20 minutes I was promised a refund. 2 weeks later here we are without my full refund. I would never purchase anything here! Whoever I spoke to lied to me saying it wasn’t possible for her to do a refund and eventually she said she could. They offered me a discount on my next order. I won’t ever order/ purchase anything from them again and neither should you.

What I expected vs what I got.. this was a gift for bosses day and the execution is a complete fail!! Berries aren't even going the same direction. And yes this was $60!!!! I'm beyond embarrassed and could have done a better job for $10!
